Wash cranberries. Remove stems. Add water. Cover
and cook until fruit is tender.
Rub through sieve. Add sugar,
salt, and lemon juice. Stir until dissolved.
Cool. Freeze. 4

This was my Mother's Mother special treat at
Thanksgiving and Christmas. My mother carried on with the tradition.
My daughters like to make this at the Holidays too. They used
Grandmother's Crystal Stem Goblets, only at the holidays.
